She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Bisping and Hilda Bisping; her siblings, Edna Brinkmann (Otto) and Don (Dorian); and her brother-in-law Leonard Stone.

She is survived by: her husband Henry; her children, Stevin (Kathy) of Lawrence, KS, Bruce (Jackie) of Parkville, MO, Karl of Sioux Falls, SD and Katherine (Mark) of Lenexa, KS; her grandchildren, Matthew, Thomas (Bekah), Marie (Kyle), Lucas (Caroline), Aaron (Laura), Samuel (Katelyn), Alison, Sarah and Leah; her great grandchildren, Parker, Maia, Brooke and Isla; and her siblings, Gladys Stone and Neil Bisping (Harriet). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, Brookings, SD and the South Dakota State University Alumni Association and may be left in care of Eidsness Funeral Home.
