He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Morris, Gloria Melby, Milton and Geraldine Gengler; his uncles, Jim Gengler and Rich Vanderloo; and his cousins, Greg Gengler and Noah Sahlstrom.
He is survived by: his parents, Stuart Melby and Kathy Melby (Gengler). He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
