He was predeceased by : his parents, J. Dee Shank and Effie Shank (Gossard); and his wife Clarice Shank. He is survived by : his sons, David Shank Sr. of Washington State and Timothy Shank of Washington State; and his grandchildren, David Shank Jr., Anthony Shank, Aldan Shank and Jeremy Shank. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
