He is survived by: his parents, Chad Deatherage and Tracey Deatherage (Brown) of Brookings, SD; his sisters, Emma Deatherage of Brookings, SD and Morgan Minnicks of Lexington, KY; his grandparents, Donna Brown of Tullahoma, TN, Carl and DeCarla Slovinski of Edmond, OK.; his aunts and uncles, Ryan, Jill Deatherage of Kingfisher, OK, Jimmy, Sheila Jordan of Tecumseh, OK, Mike, Sonya Hinkle of Bethel Acres, OK, Carol Deatherage Rice of Chandler, OK, Doyle Searcy of Tullahoma, TN, Shirley Lievanos of Tullahoma, TN, Barbara Ridner of Manchester, TN, Keith and Amanda Searcy of Lynchburg, TN; and his cousins, Andrew, Aubrey and Amy Deatherage.
