He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Gaylord Thomas and Doretta Betsy Gullickson (Gulbranson); his siblings, Donald Gullickson and Dorothy Pulscher; his siblings-in-law, Donald Stein, Dean Pulscher, Bernie Shane, Dwayne Damm, Lonnie Phipps, Robert Dingman (Bud), David Dingman and Ruth Phipps; and his nieces, Lonelle, Beth and Carla Jo Phipps.
He is survived by: his children, Michele Lewandowski (Jeff) of Camarillo, CA, Lori Mohs (Jim) and Jeff Gullickson (Heidi) of Brookings, SD.; and his wife Elaine. He is also survived by his three children, nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
