He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde F. Dusharm and Beatrice Dusharm (McIntosh); and his brother Wayne Dusharm. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sons, Jeremy (Katie) of Titusville, FL and Daryl of Brookings, SD; his grandchildren, Lily, Grace of Brookings, SD, Archer and Ruhe of Titusville, FL; his siblings, Darlene Gonyeau (Gregg) and Rod of Gouverneur, NY; his siblings-in-law, Ron Langner (Linda), Sharon Bortnem (Gordie) and Kathy McClemans (Mike) of Brookings; and his close friends, Harry Thompson and Phil Wagner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donation to the Brookings Volunteer Service Bank, who gave Gary many rides over the years or to a charity of one's choice.
