He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Coulson and Bertha Coulson (Santema). He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Mitch Melmer, Phil Melmer (Haley), Cole VanLiere (Mikena), Lucas VanLiere, Lori Mergen and Abby Mergen. He is also survived by his 4 sisters.
