He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerrit Santema and Johanna Santema of Volga, SD.; and his sisters, Mary Ann Williams, Bertha Coulson (Bea), Helen Johnson and Gladys Artz (Sharon).
He is survived by: his wife Linda Jorenby; his daughters, Melody and Michelle; and his brothers, Bill (Deanna) and Mike (JoAnn). He is also survived by his wife and daughters, 4 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
