Lynn Marie Grengs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2025, at the age of 57, Lynn Marie Grengs of Brookings, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Kathi Granum; her brother-in-law David Grengs; and her grandparents, Sylvan, Arlene Granum, Donald and Dorothy King.
She is survived by: her husband Doug Grengs; her children, Stephanie Hruska and Chase Grengs; her grandchildren, Presley, Joselyn, Cole and Carsyn; her father Gerald Granum; her brothers, Gerry Granum (Gina), Jamie Granum (Teresa), David Granum (Angie) and Darin Granum; her parents-in-law, Mathias and Lona Grengs; her siblings-in-law, Terry Grengs, Steve Grengs (Cheryl), Dennis Grengs and Lisa Houdina (John); and her close friends, Ryan, Alecia Frank, Natausha Rozeboom (Deurmier), Brandon Amenta and Angie Gums. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Lutheran Church-Volga (623 Kasan Ave, Volga, SD 57071). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
We ask donations be made to the Coca- Cola Company as she has single handedly funded them since the early 90's with her Diet Coke habit.
