She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jarman and Henrietta Jarman; her husband Bob Mahanke; and her siblings-in-law, Maynard and Eva Mahanke.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Struve (Don) of Elk Horn, IA, Pam Gaikowski (Bob) of Watertown and Doug Mahanke (Deb) of Brookings; her grandchildren, Kristin Owen (Ryan) of Watertown and Kari Weller (Cole); her great grandchildren, Roslyn of Sioux Falls, Elouise of Sioux Falls and Whitaker Weller of Sioux Falls; her grandchildren, David Struve of Kansas City, MO, Kelli Struve of Elkhorn, NE, Morgan Mahanke of Sioux Falls and Makenna Mahanke; her great grandchild Skylar McBrayer of Brookings; and her grandsons, Brock Mahanke of Brookings and Bryce Mahanke of Brookings.
