He was predeceased by : his stepparents, Randy Helland and Candance Otteson. He is survived by : his parents, Jim Otteson and Patti Cooksey; his wife Melissa (Honkomp); his children, Ashton and Branch; and his siblings, Kaley Bolish (Jeff), Jori Kriese (Jeremy), Nick Otteson (Myrna), Josh Helland and Randi Avery (Richard).
