He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Otis F. Curtis III and Elizabeth Mosher Curtis. He is survived by: his former wife Cynthia Ann Darrow of Wallingford; his siblings, Sergei and Maria; his wife Dr. Kathryn Marie Penrod of Lafayette Indiana; his children, Otis F. Curtis V, Gregory D. Curtis, Sergei Penrod-Curtis and Maria Penrod-Curtis; his grandchildren, Addison, Kinsley, Andrey, Owen and Evan; and his sister Cynthia Curtis Volin. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
