She is survived by: her spouse Tellef Carter; her family Halloween; her children, Beth, Terry Carter of Rapid City, Mark Carter (Evelyn) of Tacoma, Julie Carter of Black Hawk, Kathy Haarstad (Tony) of Iroquois and Michael Carter (Janet) of Rapid City; her sister Lily Lund of Madison; her sister-in-law Lucy Walker of Syracuse; her sisters, Mary Anna and Margaret; her brother-in-law Pete; her brother Paul; her brother-in-law Floyd; her grandsons, Jared, Ryan and Jonathon; Tellef Carter. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
