She is survived by: her husband Win Noem; her children, Brookes Noem (Kirsten Walrath-Noem) of Brandon, SD, Amber Jensen (Blake) of Bryant, SD and Erin Stevenson (Mark) of Lake Norden, SD; and her siblings, Rodney Tarum of Lake Norden, SD, Jim Tarum (Denise) of Prosper, TX, Perry Arneson (Charlotte) of Hurdle Mills, NC, Judy Meyer (Mike) of Hayti, SD, Martha Wiseman (Gary) of Bryant, SD and Mary Noem of Sioux Falls, SD. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
