It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Jensen of Canistota, South Dakota, who passed away on April 24, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Jensen and Lillie Jensen (Sorensen, family: Viborg); his friend Donovan "Buddy" Madsen; his former wife Mary; and his nephews, James and John Addison.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly (Sioux Falls); his children, Timothy Jensen (Lisa) of Canistota, Theresa Jensen (Chris) of Brookings, Cheryl Jensen (Christopher) of Piedmont and Marlene Kullbom (Matthew) of Piedmont; his grandchildren, Mary Mantz (Paul), Breta Jensen, Tyler Jensen (Lacy), Travis Jensen, Mikayla Kullbom and Talan Kullbom; his great grandchildren, Lillian, Amelia, Jace and Lorraine; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Zielger of Mitchell and Waneta Erickson of Garretson.
