He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Cook and Ilene Cook (Poyfair); his daughter Brittany; his grandchildren, Haryper and Amelya; and his siblings, Alton, Erlene, Ervin and Nelson.
He is survived by: his children, Crystal King (Trejon), Catherine Cook, Jeannie Rainford (Clint), Ashley Janish (Jordan Johnston) and Brian Janish (Jordyn Porter); his grandchildren, Baylor, Daelyn, Peyton, Alyna, Taryn, Hadley, Graysen, Ava and Evadyna; and his sister Debra Vail (Howard).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rainford Residence (291 Church St, Wolsey, SD 57384).
