He was predeceased by : his father A. Earl Cooper; his grandparents, Floyd, Jean Smith, William Buckner Ash and Marie Cooper; and his sister-in-law Sherlyn Cooper.
He is survived by : his mother Beverly Cooper (Smith) of Sioux Falls, SD; and his brothers, Don Cooper of Lincoln, NE and Loren Cooper (Wendy) of Hill City, SD..
