She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Battson and Margorie Battson; and her sister Clary Lewis (Mike). She is survived by: her daughter Kelli DeJong; her son-in-law Tim DeJong; her grandsons, Zach DeJong (Atlanta) and Alex DeJong (Chloe); her great grandchildren, Aulta and Farron; and her siblings, Janine Christensen (Craig) and Rick Battson (Mariam).
