She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Bourdette and Rowena Bourdette; her siblings, Ronnie Bourdette and Mary Jane Tice (Russell); her son Donald Moore; her husband David William Low; and her sister-in-law Pricillia Bourdette (Edie Wilkerson).
She is survived by: her daughters, Shelia Grate and Elizabeth Horan (Michael); her siblings, Jim Bourdette and Sharron Briggs (Richard); and her sister-in-law Toni Bourdette. She is also survived by Several grandchildren and multiple great grandchildren.
