She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert C. Sprague and Frances M. Sprague; her sister Carolyn Sprague; and her parents-in-law, Raymond and Marilyn Wynkoop.
She is survived by: her daughter Frances Wynkoop of Visalia, CA.; her husband Kevin Wynkoop; her child Holden Wynkoop of Visalia, CA.; her siblings, Phillip Sprague (Rose) and Janelle Thom (Paul); and her brother-in-law Keith Wynkoop (Bonnie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, friends, and many caring friends.
