He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Madsen (Bob) and Doris Madsen (Johnson); and his siblings, John Madsen and Candice Cooper (Candy). He is survived by: his children, Brock Madsen (Bridgette) and Megan Palmer (Colt); his grandchildren, Sebastian, Priscilla, Penelope (Megan), Beckett and Kayleigh (Brock); his siblings, Kim Madsen (Billie), Muriel Shepard and Jane Brownell (Dick); his nieces and nephews, Kaley Madsen (Heidi), Kyla Scott (Travis), Brett Brownell, Anna Shires (Tom), Amanda Shepard, Tom Shepard (Bella) and Cami Cooper; and his pet Speedo. He is also survived by family members and friends.
