He is survived by: his brother Terry Crater (Clara) of Cavour, SD; his sibling's children, Sierra Lindblad (Zack) of Huron, Terry Crater Jr. of Cavour and Joshua Crater (Kaitlyn) of Illinois; and his aunt Mabel Schmidt. He is also survived by two great-nieces; and several great-nephews and cousins.
