He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Martz and Mary Martz (Leisinger); his grandson Treyton Martz; his nephews, Bucky and Waylon Madsen; and his niece Meghan Bartels.
He is survived by : his sons, Jamie Martz (Naomi) of Centerville, Justin Martz of Centerville and Josh Martz (Alyssa) of Davis, SD; his grandchildren, Tyrell (Jessica), Tucker, Addison and Alivia; his great grandchild Alliyah; his stepdaughter Trista Fischer; his stepgranddaughter Adriana; and his siblings, Vicki, Cathy, Jenny, Pam and Rick.
