He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughters, Mary Pat Fawcett (Kenny) of Ree Heights, Penelope "Pennie" Gill (Paul) of Kerang and Victoria; his nephew Jay Blum (Amy); his grandchildren, McKenzie Meyer (Ray) of Cavour, SD, Lane Fawcett (Shaina) of Ree Heights, SD, Ryan Gill (Janelle) of Kerang, Lachlan Gill (Lily) of Los Angeles, CA and Samantha Lockwood (Tristin) of Kerang; his nephews, Piper, Chance, Chisum and Cyrus Blum; his great grandchildren, Luke Meyer, Jep Gill and Colter Fawcett; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Blum, Oacoma, Mona Johnson of Forsyth, MT and Larry Holst (Marinell) of Deerwood, MN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (902 S Main St, Chamberlain, SD 57325). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
