He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Jr. Miller and Dorothy Miller (Schleder); and his brother Jerry Miller. He is survived by : his wife Alta Soulek; and his daughters, Cathy Blasius (Craig), Cindy Hosek (Bob) and Lori Boeding (Herman).
