He is survived by : his wife Lucille Lokoen; and his children, Tony Leiferman (Kami), Jade Leiferman (Linn), Nadine Bartlett (David), Diane Cummings (Brian Frost), Brenda Giedd (Larry), Denise Hyland and Lauren Knippling (Ryan).

“I wasn't aware of Dwayne's passing until today when I had a missed office call from a Wendy Cummings which prompted me to learn this. My sincere condolences to Lucille, Diane and family. Always hard to loose close family members. I remember Diane's card to my mother's passing. My same heart filled wishes to your family. Knowing we all hope to meet again in everlasting peace.
