She is survived by: her mother Bonnie Ward (Ehrich) of Orient, SD; her husband Douglas Pugh of Chancellor; her children, Jeremiah Ames of Sioux Falls, Emily Powell of Tea, Sarah Pugh of Gainesville, FL and Rebecca Karels (Josh) of Sioux Falls; her grandchildren, Brayden Moulton of Tea, Kailynn Powell of Tea and Keegan Powel of Tea; and her siblings, Deanna Schaefers of Anchorage, AK, Cecil Boyd of Orient, SD, Gaylen Boyd of Blackhawk, SD, Chris Ward of Omaha, NE and Jerusha Ward of Greenfield, TN..
A memorial service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the 1st English Lutheran Church (120 E 2nd Ave, Lennox, SD 57039).
