Carlton Whetsel Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 28, 2026, at the age of 86, Carlton Whetsel of Clark, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Whetsel and Doris Whetsel; and his wife June Louise Whetsel (Wasland). He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Whetsel (Laura) and Todd Whetsel (Jessi); his grandchildren, Aleshia, Jenna, Carly, Alec, Brady, Baylee, Elijah and Emory; his great grandchildren, AvaMarie, Marguerite, Josephine, Genevieve and John; and his siblings, Roland, Ivan, Katherine, Donnie and Barbara.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Watertown Memory Care Support Group.
