He is survived by: his uncle Henry; his aunt Cora Eckoff; his children, Ila Mae, Michael Florey (Melody) of Watertown, Robin Schweitzer of Clark, Dawn Stee (Bryon) of Watertown, David Florey (Dawn) of Sioux Falls and Paul Florey (Kris) of Clark; and his grandchildren, Sara Florey, John Florey (Londa), Josh Florey (Kaitlyn), Shawn Schweitzer, Melissa Christoffer (Josiah), Dan Stee (Emily), Brianna Kooima (Alek), Brandon Florey (Rena), Gannon Florey (Lindsey), Rhett Florey, Raegan Karber (Jess) and Grayson Florey (Alicia). He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (301 S Smith St, Clark, SD 57225). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
