With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sharon Brannan of Clark, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2024 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sharon Brannan to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Fox and Viola Fox (Kelly); her husband Gene Brannan; her sister Judy Christensen; her son-in-law John Hallberg; her father-in-law Ray (Belva Brannan); and her siblings-in-law, Arlis Fox, Marjorie Krenkel, Welma Nelson, Leonard Christensen and Bill Altfillisch.

She is survived by : her children, Larry Brannan (Jeannette) of Raymond, Pam Hallberg of Omaha, NE and Peggy Steever (Doug) of Sioux Falls; her grandchildren, Michael, Nicole of Jennifer, J. D, Cassandra, Adrienne and Erica; and her siblings, Joe Fox, Janice Larson, Diane Altfillisch, Dean Fox and Darla Larsen (Rich). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Furness Funeral Home (402 N Commercial St, Clark, SD 57225-1243). A rosary was held on Sunday, May 12th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, May 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Michael Catholic Church (112 N Idaho St, Clark, SD 57225).
