He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Sorenson and Ruby Sorenson (Dopp); and his siblings, Ronnie, Dale, Merlin, Chester, Arden Sorenson and Marlys Cartwright.
He is survived by: his wife Rhodell Sorenson; his children, Bruce Sorenson, Cindy Crosby (Jim) and Jeff Sorenson; his grandchildren, Bronna (Lenny), Heather (RJ) and Sierra (Jarrett); his great grandchildren, James, Henry and Alex; and his siblings, Richard Sorenson (Lucy), Jerry Sorenson and Ardelle Besch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
