We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2024, at the age of 78, Donald L Olson of Colton, South Dakota, born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Orval Olson and Charlotte Olson (Austin). He is survived by : his wife Sue; his sisters, Mary Peterson and Ruth Nickel (Sioux Falls); his children, Jon (Jan), Sonja (Greg), Delaney of Yankton, SD, Ana Schurman (Seth) of Crofton, NE and Eric Olson (Laura) of Colton, SD; his foster daughters, Patricia Hawkinson (Arndt) and Sharon Rosser (Wilson); and his grandchildren, Connor, Ally, Carolyn Delaney, Joey, Caden Schurman, Owen and June Olson. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation and the Abiding Savior Academy for Christian Education.
