He is survived by : his children, Jodie Reil of Fargo, ND, Chris Reil (Tanya) of Milbank, SD and Jamie Sievers (Jack) of Arlee, MT; his siblings, Rodney Reil of Milbank, SD, Dennis Reil (Karen) of Beloit, WI, Tim Reil of Jacksonville, FL and Kimberly Burke (Reil) of Ogden, KS; his grandchildren, Derek Reil (Amanda), Kristie VanHout (Kevin), Ryker Reil (Jessica), Trey Reil, Brylee Sievers, Maylee Sievers, Colt Sievers, Ryle Sievers, Elijah Martinez, Brooke Reil, Alison Reil, Karter Reil, Karson Reil, Korbyn Reil, Kaidyn Reil and Kenzie Reil; and his great grandchildren, Brock Thyne, Kobe VanHout, Kaia VanHout, Lola Reil and Cecelia Reil. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
