He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anton Meier (Leona Meier) and Leona Meier (Johnson); his sons, Anthony and Joshua; his wife Janeen Kono; and his siblings, Norma Miller, Bonnie Geisert Way (Harold), Donna Herrick Peterson, Roger Meier, June Finley and Gloria Schaefer. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
