She is survived by: her husband Jerry Hoffman; her brother Jerry Moad (Sheryl); her daughters, Jody Stork (Matthew), Stacy Claussen (Monte) and Kelly Gaalswyk (Brian); her grandchildren, Nicholas Van Liere, Kaitlyn Austin (Riley), Daniel Stork (Anna), Josh, Caleb Stork, Chelsi Hoffman, Breanna Hanson, Dominic Cartagena and Lexie Palmer (Tyler); and her great grandchildren, Myles Hanson, Talyn Brown, Millicent, Frederick Austin, Jayda Burns, Kane, Crue Myers, Easton, Paxton, Oaklyn Palmer and Graycen Halstead.
