He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Heather Liljenquist, Jill Merica (Farley), Ryan Collins (Stefanie) and Matt Collins (Taylor); his grandchildren, Riley, Gracie Liljenquist, Grayson, Hanna, Tanner Merica, Maggie, Marlee, Cooper, Dean Collins, Maxwell and Myla Collins; his great grandchild Nolan Aird; his parents, Allen R. Collins and Cyrena Egbert; and his siblings, Jo, Wanda Egbert, Chuck and Laura Buerstatte.
