He is survived by: his sons, Jim Harvey of Watertown, SD and Joe Harvey of De Smet, SD; his sister Irene Walline of Sioux Falls, SD; and his siblings-in-law, Ricky Smith of De Smet, SD, Dennis Smith (Sheila) of De Smet, SD and Denise Matsunaga (Grant) of San Jose, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
