He is survived by: his wife Shirley Steuck of De Smet, SD; his daughters, Leslie Mader (Rob) of Marshfield, WI and Darcy Miller (Russ) of Iroquois, SD; his grandchildren, Erin Mader (Adam Budzinski) of Green Bay, WI, Bethany Mader (Wyatt Gibb) of St. Paul, MN, Kirby and Willy Miller of Iroquois, SD; and his siblings, William "Bill" Keller (Kathy) of Aberdeen, SD and Vonnie Soelberg of Schaumburg, IL..
The family requests donation be made in Jerry's memory to the De Smet Good Samaritan Center, De Smet Avera Memorial Hospital, and the De Smet American Legion Post #138 in lieu of flowers.
