She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Haggard and Dr. Leon Haggard; her daughter Elizabeth Steffen; and her siblings, Dr. Dale Haggard (Sunny) and Helen Rollag (Dwayne).
She is survived by: her husband Douglas Steffen; her children, Jean Hup (Darrell) of Pleasantville, IA, James Steffen (Jean) of Sioux Falls, SD and Patricia Salonen (Tim) of De Smet, SD.; and her grandchildren, Marie Rudolf (Rick), Adri Spaur (Ross), Austin Salonen (Karen), April Roy (Martin), Courtney Steffen, Gabriel Steffen and Autumn Fischer (Wyatt).
