He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Blair and Dawn Blair (Darlington). He is survived by: his wife Linda Hanson; his children, Roberta Arsaga (Bryan), Christopher Blair (Kim), Matthew Blair (Sarah) and Chad Blair (Christine); his grandchildren, Kyle, Kolbey, Kayle, Shawn, Ryan, Madeleine, Alexander, Ascher and Ainsley; his great grandchildren, Landon, Kennedi, Blayke, Chase, Everleigh and Callan; and his sisters, Kathy Rosengren and Patsy McCullough.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Tom's name to Northern Hills youth activity organizations.
