He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ronald Rowell and Mary Ann Johannsen; his wife Melanie Rowell; his children, Hannah Elmore, Chet Rowell, Eric Rowell, Stephanie Rowell, Dylan Flogstad and Zackeriah Rice; his grandchildren, Dawson Elmore, Kaylynn Elmore, Casen Elmore, Braylynn Elmore, Trenton Pierce, Melvin Rice, Jameson Rowell, Raiden Rowell, Drenen Rowell, Zayden Rowell and Emberlynn Rowell; and his siblings, Barb Rowell (Pat Olson), Tammy Rowell (Merl Hanson) and Roger Crook (Amanda). He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
