She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell "Bob" Snyder and Margaret Snyder (Lewis); her former husband Kurt Gibson; her husband Bill Bixenmann; her granddaughter Amber Weitzel; and her brother Russ Snyder.
She is survived by: her children, Adam Gibson of Dell Rapids and Ryan Gibson (Ann) of Peyton, CO; her stepchildren, John Bixenmann and Jackie Bartu (John); her grandchildren, Dylan Gibson, Aydan Crisp, Mia Lahr, Caitlin Stalhnecker, Kylee Meyer, Sierra Bixenmann, Bryce Bartu and Taylor Brase; and her great grandchildren, Dahlia Wassinger and Kane Meyer.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Minnehaha Funeral Home (104 E 4th St, Dell Rapids, SD 57022). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lutheran Church of Dell Rapids (701 Orleans Ave, Dell Rapids, SD 57022).
