Luke LaFave Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 25, 2026, Luke LaFave (Dell Rapids, South Dakota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Luke farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Luke is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Allie LaFave (Thiesse) and Nicholas LaFave; and his sisters, Eleanor and Hannah.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Ronald McDonald House of Sioux Falls, South Dakota (https://rmhcsodak.org) and to Support Organization For Trisomy (SOFT) in honor of Luke's life. Make a donation to one of the following charities in remembrance of Luke LaFave.
