She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Wiederrich and Bertha Wiederrich (Schneider); her husband Reuben Jerke; her son Allen Jerke; her daughter-in-law Margaret Jerke; her brother Maynard Wiederrich (Evelyn); and her great grandchild Esmeralda Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Deines (James) of Wessington Springs; and her grandchildren, Clay Jerke of Owosso, Ronda Thomas (Andrew) of Cartersville, Georgia, David Deines (Kim) of Marshall and Kristi Matzner (Jerry) of Marshall, Minnesota. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hope Lutheran Church (200 S Wilson St, Delmont, SD 57330). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials would be preferred in lieu of flowers and may be directed to Hope Lutheran Church in Delmont or Weskota Manor in Wessington Springs.
