He is survived by: his wife Monica Weber of Dimock; his children, Greg Horstman (Sue) of Ethan, Cheryl Heusinkveld (Mick) of Mitchell, Marcia Kummer (Lyle) of Sioux Falls and Julie Horstman of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Cara Ribordy (Tyler) of San Antonio, TX, Bryce Kummer (Erica Ertz) of Sioux Falls, SD, Amy Petersen (Riley) of Sioux Falls, SD and Jill Heusinkveld of Mitchell, SD; and his great grandchildren, Trixie, Vannie and Arthur Ribordy.
He moved to Parkston when he was 13 years old, when his dad came down with Parkinson's disease.
