He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Sr. Arpan and Rosalyn Arpan (Bordeaux); his sister Alberta Arpan; his aunts and uncles, Wesley Arpan, Richard "Dick", Chris "Shorty" Bordeaux, Harold "Peaches" Lee, Viola Bordeaux and Eva Bordeaux Garreaux; and his cousins, Tanna and Taten Maupin.
He is survived by : his siblings, Terrance, Violet, Albert (Traci), Christopher, Elaine, Sharon and Helen Arpan; his nieces, LaRay, Savannah Fourbear and Randi Arpan; his close friends, Heather Allen and DeAnn Lafferty; his cousin Sue Arpan; and his aunts, Connie, LeAnn, Irene Bordeaux, Jennifer Maupin, Lenora Arpan and Mary Johnson.
