He is survived by: his sister Christina; his aunt Ethel; his nephews, Milton, Myron, Willie and Mike; his wife Sharon Justice; his children, Sarah Mae, Dewey Sonny and Hayley Rose (Kathy LeBeau); his grandchildren, Maggie, Hannah, Martha, Dayle, Cassie, Christina, Ophelia, Dorothy, Julius, Silas, Diamond and Precious; his children, Dayle Bad Warrior (Kris) of Rapid City, Dugan Bad Warrior of Dupree and Dew Marie Ganje (Ben); his grandchildren, Brad, Bree, Nicholas, Alyssa, Sam, Alex, Danielle, Matty, Simone, Grace, Olivia, Benny, Sophie, Bella Bug and Marie; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Kian, Noah, Asher and Chevy; and his siblings, Steve Moran (Tisha), Judy Girton of Eagle Butte, Christine Moran of Eagle Butte, Wanda Hahne (Neil) of Eagle Butte and Philomine Moran (Mark) of Eagle Butte.
A procession was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the St. John's Episcopal Church. A wake was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
