He is survived by: his children, Milisa Palmer (Rick) of Riverton, WY, Heath Owens (Brooke) of Alliance, NE and Kassidy Owens of Alliance, NE.; his sisters, JoAnne Owens-Nauslar (Red) of Lincoln, NE and Milinda Wineteer (Cliff) of Chadron, NE.; and his grandchildren, Connor Lund, Hayley Owens, Rickey, Lexy Palmer, Allison, Hunter and Riley Owens.
