He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherrill W Neff and Barbara E Neff (Clouse); and his brothers, Dessal Neff and Kenneth Neff. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Neff (Vlasik Jones); his children, Andrea Herman (Kevin), Justin Neff (Amanda Velazquez) and Emma Tyler-Neff; and his siblings, Lauri Brents, Tina Brents Barnhart, Kimberly Brents, Jimmie Brents and Larry Parker. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
