He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Matthew Welch and Mary Welch; his wife Donna Akridge of Elk Point, SD; his children, Shondra Glawe (David) of Arlington, SD, Jason Welch (Tena) and Ray Welch of Elk Point, SD; his grandchildren, Hayley Glawe, Matthew Glawe, Keegan Welch (Bailey), Hunter Welch, Taylor Welch (Christina), Christian Welch (Kenleigh) and Sadie Welch; his great grandchildren, Chevy, Keely, Asher, Hazel and Grace; his brothers, Mark Welch (Judy) and Paul Welch (Kay); his siblings-in-law, Mary Sursavge (Jim) and Jim Akridge (Almita); his sister Barb; his sister-in-law Penny; his mother-in-law Faye; and his nephew Johnny. He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.
